
Microsoft Enterprise Subscription
Agreement
Overview:
The Enterprise Subscription is designed for customers
with 250 or more PCs and who wish to rent licences to
standardise Microsoft products on all computers over
three years.
Agreement Terms:
All qualifying computers within the organisation must
be standardised with one or more of the Enterprise platform
products. Discounts are based on the initial number
of computers licences and subsequent rental payments
for the following 2 years of the agreement are based
on a revised number of qualified computers added to
the agreement. The licences are rented and therefore
non-perpetual so when the agreement term is over it
must be renewed for one or three years, bought at a
reduced cost or deleted from the computers.
Requirements:
All the computers within the
organisation must be licensed with one or more of the
following Enterprise products: Windows Upgrade, Office
Pro or Core CAL. The number of computers licensed determines
the rental payments:

Customers must commit to renting a
licence for all PCs for the whole agreement term of
three years.
Eligibility:
Any corporation or government body with 250 PCs or more
is eligible for Enterprise Subscription licences.
Maintenance & Upgrades:
Software Assurance is built in to the Enterprise Subscription
Agreement so all customers are automatically eligible
for rights to the latest versions of new software as

Installation:
Welcome and Upgrade Kits are automatically provided
and additional media can be purchased separately.
