
Microsoft Enterprise Agreement
Overview:
This volume licence program is designed for customers
with 250 or more PCs. Qualified computers include desktops,
Apple Macs, portable computers and workstations. Servers
do not qualify. There are three Enterprise products:
Windows OS upgrade, Office Professional and Core Client
Access Licence (Exchange, Windows, SMS and SharePoint
Portal Server).
Agreement Terms:
This is a three year agreement. The level of discount
depends on the number of PCs qualified at the start
of the agreement and the discount applies to additional
licences purchased during the following 3 years. Discounts
are also available on other Microsoft products. Payment
is made in annual instalments over the three year period.
Requirements:
An Enterprise Agreement requires
all qualifying computers to be licensed with one or
more of the three Enterprise products. The number of
PCs licensed determines the discount level.
Eligibility:
An Enterprise Agreement is designed for corporate or
government customers with at least 250 PCs.
Maintenance & Upgrades:
Software Assurance is built in to the agreement, ensuring
permanent rights to new versions of software released

Installation:
Welcome and Upgrade Kits are automatically provided
and additional media can be purchased separately.
