Corel Transactional Licensing (CTL)

Overview:

Corel has streamlined its licensing program and now offers two flexible programs that help to ease license administration across an organization, thus reducing software deployment time and lowering total cost of ownership. All current Corel license products are available through both programs.
CTL offers customers a non-contractual purchasing option.

Agreement Terms:

No contract or reporting is required; 5 fixed discount levels are available depending on the volume of purchase.

Requirements:

No minimum purchase requirement; no on-going purchase commitment.

Eligibility:

Any business, government body or educational institute is eligible to purchase licenses.

Maintenance & Upgrades:

An optional 2 year Maintenance package is available, providing entitlement to upgrade protection, premium technical support, multi-lingual licensing and downgrade rights to one previous version.

Installation:

A license certificate is issued to the customer as well; media must be purchased with the initial order. Additional media sets can be obtained with proof of license.
