Computer Associates Open License Programme (OLP)

Overview:

The Computer Associates OLP is an easy-to-use, cost-effective purchasing program for businesses of all sizes that streamlines the acquisition, implementation, deployment and maintenance of CA software and services.

Agreement Terms:

No minimum point entry requirements or products pool restrictions; 2 year agreement, but no contract.

Requirements:

Zero point entry for OLP; 1 point reorder level; all products discounted at one level.

Eligibility:

The OLP programme caters for businesses and the corporate sector. There is a GLP Program for Education/Government/Health/Non Profit customers.

Maintenance & Upgrades:

Technical support incident packs are available and there is optional upgrade protection with a one or two year contract. Maintenance includes 24x7 phone-based support and there are free of charge upgrades to future releases throughout the Maintenance term (which can be renewed at the end of the term).

Installation:

A Media Pack is included with the initial order and contains a License Certificate, the latest versions of the selected CA software, live product trials in the relevant solution area and a set of trial product CDs. On re-ordering, it is not necessary to purchase an additional media kit.
